There's certain memories that stick with you for your whole life, one that will never leave me was having my mum pick my cradle cap whilst she used to read me a story. I don't remember how old I was but I remember my room and being in bed. When Eva was born she suffered with really dry skin, it eventually cleared up on her face and body but stayed as cradle cap on her head. I'm not going to lie there were a couple of times I picked her head and had to stop myself as the last thing I wanted to happen was it to become infected. Luckily at the right time I was offered the chance to review the Pourty Cradle Cap Brush
This little brush of dreams is made with super soft bristles that are firm enough to massage the cradle cap away without the need to apply any pressure when using on your child's head.
To achieve maximum results with the brush, follow the following two step program.

Step one - Apply oil (I prefer to use olive as its completely natural), massage into your child's scalp where the cradle cap is. Then in a circular motion work the oil into the scalp using the cradle cap brush. This will loosen the cradle cap for step two.

Step two - Once in the bath apply baby shampoo to the same area and work that in in the same way as step one to remove oil and loosened cradle cap.

The area will become red, this is not an indication you are hurting your baby, rather that blood has been stimulated in that area.

Being a mum of a very active pre schooler, I sometimes didn't get around to doing step one as the only time I got in the evening was when he was in the bath next to his sister. Continue with step two as it will still help to achieve the result.

I used the cradle cap brush daily for one month and was absolutely thrilled with the results. As you can see from the below pictures she had a large patch of cradle cap at the front of her head. (Apologies for the slightly blurred picture, was impossible to keep her still in the bath...)

As you can see the cradle cap has almost completely disappeared. I'll still use every time I bath her to make sure it has 100% gone and doesn't try to come back.
I love this product, I'm so glad it made appearance in our lives when it did. It's 100% natural so you don't need to worry about buying products that could contain nasty chemicals. It also actually works, I buy into so many products which make promises to achieve incredible results and they are rubbish, to use something that has made such a difference was a breath of fresh air.

I really cannot recommend the cradle cap brush enough and strongly advise any mummies looking for a solution to try and did I mention it's only £5.95!!

You can purchase the brush here.

Let me know if you purchase this little gem.
