Hey Guys, I don't even know where to begin with telling you all about our magical trip to Disneyland Paris. It was an experience I will never forget. Noah was at a perfect age to appreciate the magic and he had the cutest surprised face the whole time. I managed to capture his expression when he spotted the castle, and it was the most beautiful excited face I have ever seen. We stayed in the New York hotel which was less than a 5 minute walk into the park and meant we had an extra 2 hours in the morning before the general public went in. We made the most of all of our time there and did everything we could possibly fit in. We even managed to fit a whole day in Paris which made the trip even more special for me. Paris was a lot dirtier than I expected but apart from that it was brilliant. We went up the Eiffel Tower, found the Arc de Triomphe, walked down Champs-Élysées and found the most festive, beautiful Christmas Market. I wanted to share a few photos of our trip with you. Hope you enjoy.
Have any of you guys taken your little ones to Disneyland or been away this winter?

Hey guys, I love doing tags I  think its a great way for people to get to know me better on a more personal level. I found this winter beauty tag through a fellow beauty blogger, check out her blog here.

1) Favourite winter nail polish?
I don't think I have one favourite, I love wearing plums, reds and creating fun Christmas nails.

2) Favourite winter lip product?
I've recently purchased the EOS Smooth Sphere Sweet Mint Lip Balm, it leaves my lips so smooth and smells soo good.

3) Most worn winter clothing piece?
My new fury coat, it's so warm and cosy.

4) Most worn winter accessory?
My Burberry earmuffs, they keep my ears nice and toasty.

5) Favourite winter scent/candle?
Yankee candle - Christmas Eve. This is the perfect wintery/Christmas smell and I love burning it.

6) Favourite winter beverage?
Winter Warmer by Copella! Was introduced last year and cannot get enough of it!

7) All time favourite Christmas/holiday movie?
With a doubt ELF, its the most uplifting Christmas Film around.

8) Favourite Christmas/holiday song?
The Pogues - Fairytale of New York. It isn't Christmas until you've heard that!

9) Favourite holiday food/treat?
I love candy canes, they always take me straight back to my childhood of sneakily taking them off my Mums tree.

10) What is your favourite Christmas decoration this year?
Our Christmas tree, Noah was so excited about it this year and has picked his very own decorations, so it's very unique and special to us this year.

11) What’s at the top of your wish list?
I'm finding it really hard to think of anything i want this year, a new pair of Uggs would be perfect as I live in mine most of the year!

12) What are your plans for the holidays this year?
Spending time with all my family and friends. The craziness of seeing everyone in one day is something I look forward to all year long.

If you want to have a go at filling it in, make sure you leave a comment below so I can check them all out.

Hey Guys, I've been on the look out for a new affordable mascara which gives me long lasting, covered lashes. I found this one when looking through last months Avon catalogue and couldn't resist giving it ago when I saw the unusual design.

When the product arrived it comes with a full set of instructions on the inside of the box, which is necessary as its not something I have come across before. The instructions give you a detailed step by step guide on how to get the most out of the design.

First impressions are its a lot shorter and wider than your traditional mascara, the shape is more of a rectangle tube rather than round. Its light and compact and doesn't take up any extra room in your make up bag so its ideal for traveling and fitting into the smallest of bags.

Once you remove the pink lid you met with a pink handle coming out of the black base. Without reading the instructions you might be a bit confused on how to get the wand out, its pretty stuck in. Give it a wiggle from side to side and you will feel the wand release. You will see the wand is flexible which comes in handy when trying to apply in tricky areas.

Once the brush is removed you will discover the wand is shaped a bit like a paint brush. I have read reviews which claim that the brush is difficult to use but I disagree. I like the fact that you use the brush straight instead of on the side like traditional mascara brushes. You do have to be careful you don't end up poking yourself in the eye as going straight towards your eye does take some getting used to. You'll find you cant pump this mascara, if you need additional product then just put the wand back in and take it out again.

The shade is blackest black and the colour is highly pigmented, it really is what it says on the tin. The application is spread easily and evenly across your lashes and your not left with clumps on your lashes. The texture isn't dry and flakey its more watery and creamy which means your not left with flakes around your eyes.

When returning the wand into the container you just need to make sure you hear it click back into place so you don't run the risk of the product drying out. The product is fairly easy to remove, I would suggest using a eye make up remover to protect your eyes from excessive rubbing if you try to use a facial wash alone.
Over all I am really happy with this product I think its really interesting and provides you with great dark lashes. I will be re-purchasing this product for sure.

Have you tried this mascara or have a mascara you couldn't live without?

xoxo
