Hey guys, I get so excited when I have new ideas to share with you all (and I have so many in my head bursting to get out).

Don't get me wrong I love water marbling and the amount of effects you can create, what I don't like is how messy it is. So I wanted to share a fun idea for those of you who haven't mastered the water marble. This technique is a lot easier and a lot less messy. I love this effect, it gives you a watercolour, water marble effect without a single drop of water.
To achieve this look you will require the following:

Base coat
3 coloured polishes
Top Coat
Nail varnish remover and brush
Sandwich bag (not pictured)
Paint your nails with a base colour, I have chosen white as it sits well under my main colours. You want a colour that will compliment the colours you choose for marbling.

You then, once you have chose your colours place generous blobs of colours over your nails, don't worry if they mix or don't have a pattern that's what we want.

Then take your sandwich bag and place it over the nail, then gently move the bag across the nail so you can see the colours moving and mixing. Be careful not to push to hard with your finger as you will end up with a smudged look instead of marbled.
Your nail should look like this once you remove it.

Then taking a thin nail brush soaked in nail varnish remover, go around the edges of the nail to remove any smudged colour. If you haven't got a nail brush using a orange stick wrapped in cotton wool will you give you the thin tool you'll need.
Then the most important part is to apply a top coat, this sets all the colours and really brings out the marble effect.

And there we go, perfect no water marble nails.

Let me know how you get on if you try it, and I love to see pictures.
